Greg
Richardson - Founder, Managing Partner
Greg Richardson is the founder and
Managing Partner for Civitium LLC. Prior to founding
Civitium, he served as the Director of Wireless Consulting
for Siemens in the U.S.
Prior to Siemens, Greg was a founder and VP of Professional
Services for Wireless Knowledge, a pioneering joint venture
between Microsoft and QUALCOMM. He is also a regular speaker
at industry conferences and events.
Dianah
L. Neff - Senior Partner
Dianah L. Neff is a Senior
Partner for Civitium where she leads the firm's international
practice. She previously served as the CIO for the
City of Philadelphia where she led the Wireless Philadelphia
initiative to become the first major city in the U.S. to
implement a citywide wireless network.
Prior to Philadelphia Dianah
played a leading role in making the City of Palo Alto the first
city in the US to have a Web site; worked with San Bernardino
County businesses and School District to develop a joint
venture, Enterprise for Economy Excellence; developed and
implemented City of Bellevue’s (WA) Y2K compliance; and in City
of San Diego identified and mapped the 70,000 miles of fiber
underneath the city's streets in effort to attract businesses
downtown.
Prior to working in government
Dianah spent 14 years in the private sector working for
high-tech software and hardware firms in Silicon Valley.
In 2005 she was selected as one of the Top 25 Women of
Distinction in Philadelphia, Computerworld’s Premier 100 CIOs,
and Information Week’s Chief of the Year in Innovators and
Influencers category.
Patrick
McCamley - Sr. Partner Patrick McCamley is a Sr. Partner
with Civitium. He previously served as Director of
Business Development for Siemens, leading their Wireless
Broadband Initiatives in North America. Prior to Siemens,
Patrick served as a Regional Managing Director for Mendelson
Associates, a Management Consulting Firm and a Business
Development Executive for Vanstar Corporation, a $3 billion IT
Services Company acquired by Inacom Corporation.

Bailey White - Sr. Partner Bailey White is a Sr.
Partner with Civitium. Previously, he served as
Director of Marketing and Client Services for Pervasive
Services, a Wi-Fi content management firm with clients such
as Wireless Philadelphia and the San Francisco Giants. At
the same time, Bailey led graduate research in large scale
Wi-Fi implementations, applications within these networks,
and the impact of SMS on communications at the University of
Georgia’s New Media Institute. Prior to Pervasive, Bailey’s
experience includes supply chain technology and management
for Hewlett-Packard, online consumer research for NBC,
Fidelity Investments and other Fortune 500 companies, and
the development of a mobile field service system for
non-profits.
Alberto
Garcia Carmona - Associate Partner and GM Civitium Latin America
Alberto Garcia Carmona is an Associate
Partner with Civitium and General Manager of Civitium Latin
America. Previously, he served for nine years as Director
of General Motors Argentina, managing Public Affairs, Export,
Communication and Marketing areas. Mr. Carmona also served
as Executive Producer of the Inform Mercosur TV program and
Executive Director of Gran Canal TV Productions. His
professional career began in the private consulting field for
economic projects. He later became partner at Brons &
Salas Law Office (Buenos Aires), one of the most prestigious Law
firms in Argentina. He is a member of the Board of
Directors at the American Bar Association, American Chamber of
Commerce of Argentina, Manufacturer Car Association, Junior
Achievement Argentina and Chamber of Exporters of Argentina.
Denise
Brady - Associate Partner Denise Brady is an Associate
Partner with Civitium. Previously, she served as Deputy
CIO of San Francisco and the City's Director of Telecom
Policy/Planning, Public Safety Systems, and Network Operations.
Prior to this post, Denise managed the Bureau of Street-use &
Mapping at the Department of Public Works, where her duties
included regulating franchised utilities and telecommunications
companies' use of public rights-of-way. Denise is a
Lifetime Member of the National Association of
Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) having served
two terms as NATOA's President and eight years on its elected
Board of Directors. Denise is currently on NATOA's Policy
and Legal Committee.
Lynda
Summers - Associate Partner and GM Civitium Australia
Lynda Summers is an Associate Partner with Civitium and General
Manager of Civitium Australia.
She is chair and
executive director of the not-for-profit telecommunications
company CountryTell, which operates the network as a
demonstration site for community connectivity options.
Lynda is also the deputy chair of the NSW Regional Communities
Consultative Council which reports directly to the NSW Premier
and the Minister for Rural Affairs in the development of
regional policy.
